Recent changes to AllyIQ:

May 25, 2025 Release
  • Order Cutoff Time Display:
    BioCare’s 5:00 PM MT order cutoff now appears on all Order pages, automatically adjusted to the user’s local time zone to help avoid missed deadlines.
  • Shipment Tracking in Restock from Order:
    A shipment icon now links to real-time carrier tracking directly from the Restock from Order page.
  • Clearer Product Identification:
    Dose Type now appears as a suffix in product names across all workflows, making it easier to distinguish between similar items.
  • Temperature Control Visibility:
    A new toggle enables a Temperature Control icon for cold chain products, which now displays across all workflows for better tracking.
May 13, 2025 Release
  • New AllyIQ Home Page:
    The redesigned Home (formerly MyWork) page now features appointment summaries, audits, expiring inventory, top dispensed products, transfers, and restock statuses. Each section is clickable based on user permissions.
  • Dispensing Safety with BUD Flags:
    Formulary settings now include Beyond Use Date (BUD) options for MDVs, supporting safer use post-puncture.
  • Diagnosis Code Management:
    Admin users can now search, view, and add diagnosis codes directly via the new “DX Codes Management” tool.
  • Interactive Workflow Summaries:
    Users can search serial numbers, track pending product replacements, and access filtered views of product history and restock status directly from the Home page.
 
April 20, 2025 Release
  • Streamlined Row Selection:
    Click anywhere on a row to select transactions or products across Dispense, Restock, Orders, Transfers, and Formulary workflows.
  • Smarter Audit Settings:
    New landing page in Practice Formulary to create, edit, and manage adjustment lists, featuring sortable views, reason tracking, and product search by name or NDC.
  • Favorites & Order Enhancements:
    Easier selection in Order and Favorites views, with a clearer “Added” indicator.

April 3, 2025 Release
  • Audit Enhancements:
    “Replacement Required” reasons are now disabled for partial adjustments to improve accuracy.
  • Permission-Based Access in Formulary:
    Editing alerts, HCPCS codes, and sources now limited to users with PF Management permissions.
  • New Serial Lookup in Inventory:
    Added to the navigation menu; search by serial number to view item details like product info, location, order date, or patient name.
  • Improved User Login Visibility:
    Last Login is now tracked in real time within User Management.

March 20, 2025 Release
  • Partial Quantity Audits for MDVs:
    Users can now audit partial quantities of multi-dose vial products, with updated tracking across Adjusted, Confirmed, and Remaining tabs.
  • Targeted Product Audits:
    Option added to audit a single item without needing to process the entire product inventory.

  • Smarter Dispensing Workflow:
    Clearer error messages, a redesigned side panel, and diagnosis details now visible per eye with clickable codes for more context.
  • Streamlined Restocking:
    “Restock from Order” moved under the main Restock menu. Allocated/unallocated products now visible on landing pages. Adjusted items can be restocked.
  • Faster Audit Tools:
    Adjust multiple items at once, view history of changes, and add notes with visible info icons.
  • More Detailed Reporting:
    Daily Dispense Report now includes Dispense Type for clearer transaction data.

January 30, 2025 Release
  • Enhanced Restocking Workflow:
    Accept or reject individual items, restock fully or partially, scan SSCC numbers, and manage multiple shipments all from an improved content list layout.
  • Improved History View:
    Restock history now mirrors the live restock screen, clearly showing restock type and item details.
  • Favorites List for Orders:
    Create, manage, or delete custom Favorites Lists to speed up future ordering. Add items from a draft order or build a list directly from the order landing page.
  • Shipment Tracking Integration:
    Orders with an ASN now show shipment tracking links directly from the Order page, including carrier tracking info.

  • New On-Demand Dispense Option:
    Users can dispense without a scheduled appointment, following organizational protocols.
  • Expanded Restock Tracking:
    View damaged product details, replaced items, and add reference numbers during manual restocks.
  • Smarter Order Management:
    Improved pricing accuracy and a new “Replaced” tab show replaced vs. damaged products more clearly.
  • Transfer Validation:
    System prevents duplicate product entries during Transfers.
  • Detailed Dispense Reporting:
    Treatment Area is now included in the Daily Dispense Report.

  • Manual Restock Guidance:
    Clear notifications now appear when manual restocking is not permitted, and the action button has been renamed “Restock” for clarity.
  • Restock History Enhancements:
    History now includes entries for replaced damaged items and allows label printing when needed.
  • Navigation Updates:
    Menu titles, icons, and headers have been refined for easier navigation and cleaner alignment.
  • Formulary Controls Expanded:
    New toggles added to manage Manual Restock, Price Required, and Preferred product settings. Column views also improved for better readability.

December 19, 2024 Release
  • New Restock from Orders Tab:
    A dedicated tab now centralizes restocking workflows, with a virtual station displaying order and verified quantities. BioCare products can no longer be restocked manually if disabled.
  • PO Management Improvements:
    Super-Techs and Admins can now cancel submitted Non-EDI POs. Users can also filter orders by status and preview unit/order pricing.
  • Dispense History Redesign:
    Cleaner layout with search by patient or service date for easier access to historical dispense activity.
  • Audit Workflow Streamlined:
    Virtual station view removes the storage location screen to simplify audit steps without removing any core functionality.
  • Formulary Controls Expanded:
    Price and visibility can now be managed by product source, with a toggle to show/hide products in the catalog and restrict manual restock permissions.
  • Resource Center Access:
    A new button in the nav menu links directly to the AllyIQ Resource Center for fast access to guides and analytics.

  • Clearer Error Messages:
    More specific error messages now display during Dispense, Restock, Audit, and Transfer actions to improve troubleshooting.
  • Transfer Workflow Update:
    Users now select the receiving Practice and Clinic, improving accuracy within organizations with multiple sites.
  • Expanded Restock Features:
    New history landing page with optional date filtering, detailed views (including serial data), and the ability to print labels for selected or all items. Adjusted items can now be restocked.
  • Order Snapshot View:
    Users can preview key product details by selecting an Order Number without leaving the landing page.
  • Audit Updates for Expired Items:
    Expired items are now included in the “Adjust” workflow with a “Replacement Required” option to support better inventory control.

November 24, 2024 Release
  • Improved Navigation:
    A new drop-down menu makes it easier to switch between practices, clinics, or stations. Names now reflected in both the menu and header.
  • Streamlined Dispensing:
    Updates include a new layout, “Other” treatment area option, Clinical Research checkbox, 24-hour time format, and duplicate dispense alerts.
  • Manual Restock Updates:
    Fewer clicks to complete a restock, plus new restock target settings and larger font for quantity fields.
  • Better Inventory Visibility:
    Restock dates are now shown at the item level across all inventory types.
  • Transfer Workflow Enhancements:
    New item behavior rules based on “Not Received” or “Damaged” status improve accuracy and automate replacement tracking.

October 28, 2024 Release
  • New Feature – Damaged Product Replacements:
    A new workflow allows users to track and restock items marked “Damaged” or “Damaged – Replacement Required,” streamlining the replacement process.
  • Navigation Updates:
    Practice names have been shortened to improve clarity and ease of navigation.
  • Dispense Enhancements:
    Extended access to past dispenses (90 days), refined expiration date logic, and improved service date behavior reduce errors and manual rework.
  • Order Improvements:
    Users can now search for products by Source, in addition to Name or NDC, giving more flexibility in finding inventory.
  • Audit and Restock Confirmation Prompts:
    Cancel actions now trigger confirmation prompts, helping prevent accidental loss of progress during audits and restocking.
  • QR Code Support in Restock:
    For items requiring new QR codes, users can now scan or add items manually. Available in both manual and order-based restocks.
  • Daily Dispense Report Enhancements:
    New columns include diagnosis codes and inventory units. A bug that misreported returned items has also been fixed for more accurate tracking.
